Sinematic is the sixth and final solo release from Canadian singer-musician Robbie Robertson. It was released on September 20, 2019 and his final studio album, prior to his death in 2023.

These bookends factor heavily into Robertson’s sixth album, Sinematic, an (obviously) cinema-inspired work that draws from being steeped in the lore surrounding the gangster opus as well as the complicated reminiscences of The Band, triggered by another film project altogether.
