2 de jan. de 2016 · Maybe I am oversimplifying the question, but if you are logged into the Office 365 Portal, click on the GEAR icon in the upper right hand side of the screen. This will take you to the account settings page. Click on Subscriptions and make sure that Visio is shown there (this is the O365 Subscription that is assigned and NOT a standalone).

18 de ago. de 2017 · tenho o Office 365 instalado, quando tento entrar com minha conta Microsoft para salvar direto no OneDrive, insiro as informações de usuário e senha corretamente, porém nada acontece, o office continua sem logar na minha conta, me bloqueando qualquer edição dos meus arquivos no OneDrive. Preciso de alguma solução para este problema.
