Disney CEO Bob Iger celebrated a major milestone on Monday: The 50th anniversary of his start date at ABC, which has now been commemorated as “50 Magical years” at the Walt Disney Company. “I started my career at ABC 50 years ago today and the business has certainly changed a lot since then!

The award features bronze statuettes of Snow White and the seven dwarfs — Doc, Sneezy, Grumpy, Happy, Bashful, Sleepy and Dopey — from the 1937 Disney animated film, along with the inscription, “Recognizing 50 magical years with the Walt Disney Company.”

Other characters who headline Disney Service Awards include Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey Mouse (10 years), Simba (20 years), Tinker Bell (25 years), Jiminy Cricket (30 years) and Pinocchio (35 years).
