Both ships are great, shiki is arguably better than yamato due to dispersion, reload, damage, rudder shift, insane AA and working secondaries I also prefer the guns. Averaging 120-130k in either should not be that hard Both are tanky with high HP and large 57mm deck and 50mm thunnel making them resistant to alot of HE.
