Há 3 dias · In spite of my admiration for “Blazing Saddles”, I’ve always felt that it was the second best Mel Brooks film of 1974. “Young Frankenstein” goes beyond silly parody, to be a genuine tribute to and echo of the classic Universal horror movies.
I so wish I could have seen it live! A fun bit of trivia about the show and movie: In the movie when Leo and Max are leaving Franz's rooftop after getting the rights to Springtime for Hitler signed, the door being locked and Max yelling "We're trapped!"
