It's the intro/theme song to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. The first ten seconds are normal, but when he starts rapping the track skips through a lot of lyrics and the lyrics become gibberish/cannot be understood. The only lyric that is still heard clearly is the last part of the last phrase, which is "of Bel Air".
