I've tried to identify what model this is but I've had no luck so far. On the "ring" it reports "MADE IN THE UK I PARKER(and the logo". It also has this sticker with an arrow and 100.000 which I'm not sure what it means.

This is the latter, more "streamlined" version of the iconic Duofold model in Senior size from Parker. This model was first introduced in 1929 and continued the "big and substantial" tradition of the Duofold line at that time. I got this pen along with 14 other pens from a bulk purchase from a pen collector.
