GTA V version 3095, update from December 2023 for the Chop Shop DLC, requires this modified gameconfig.xml, and both the Heap Limit Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster for add-on DLCs to work. Mods with add-on weapons will also require an updated version of the Weapon Limits Adjuster.
