A movie I watched on videocasette at a friend's house in the late 80s. Here are the two scenes I am very sure of: An action sequence where a man and woman are being chased on foot. The man needs something to burn, and starts to take off his pants.
[TOMT][MOVIE][2000/2010's] Film about 2 girl bffs with a sci-fi plot twist where one of the girls is dead the whole time. She was dropped off a pier/bridge by the other girl who tried to save her but couldn't.
This movie was insanely weird horror/fantasy with terrible sfx/cgi, it was an older movie and the premise is a little blurry but the film was on Netflix, and was taken off in the last 8 years or so. I believe the film came from Japan as there were some feudal Japan vibes going on.
