Epic Games, the company behind Fortnite, has revealed that they are lifting the region lock for all Fortnite tournaments, with the exception of the Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS). This change takes effect immediately, allowing players in ongoing region-locked events to now compete in multiple regions.

Even if they're not the player you're looking for (ie your requirements are too high) Pick a drop spot and land there in ranked a bunch and practice using DMRs when you leave your drop spot.
