HorryHorsecollar. Generals & Field Marshals - how are people using them? Question. I am wondering if there is a pattern in the way the player base uses general and field marshals. (for reference, I use vanilla HOI4 with all but the latest dl.) Specifically: When do players promote generals to FM?
