Nothing will grow on this vast expanse of untameable land but Kahlen intends to claim the heath in the name of the King. When asked to review Nordic Western – The Promised Land I was intrigued. I do love an historical drama and when it is the film that was nominated as Denmark’s entry for Best International Feature at the Oscars you know it’s going to be good.
