Mark Freuder Knopfler, OBE ( Glasgow, 12 de agosto de 1949) é um cantor, compositor, guitarrista e produtor musical britânico. Ele se tornou conhecido como o guitarrista principal, cantor e compositor da banda de rock Dire Straits. Ele seguiu carreira solo depois de deixar a banda em 1987.
