Há 2 dias · A cynic might point out that DoD shuffling seats around the Pentagon is just normal operations for this organization. And while that may be true, I suggest it demonstrates a deeper problem in that, after 1998, the role to coordinate WMD policy issues was increasingly devalued to the lowest political appointee and punted to different organizations as a matter of convenience to the DoD leadership.

We are going to be relying on hydrocarbons for decades to come. Here, though, I feel our thinking should be much more nuanced. Coal is far dirtier than oil. Oil is dirtier than gas.
