Há 5 dias · Cecil Hatfield (xvii cent.). The parish of Hatfield has an area of 12,884 acres, of which 3,895½ acres are arable land, 4,941¾ permanent grass and 1,668¾ wood. (fn. 1) From the great extent of the parish and from documentary evidences it is clear that Hatfield was originally forest land, of which Hatfield Park is the survival.
