No. If you live in California, and I do, most of the state is fairly liberal. I am in SoCal, where the majority of the population is, and the Bay Area is also liberal, and is the second most populated region. But people in Northern Northern California are often conservative , rural voters who don’t feel represented. So, they want to break away.
