Ann Druyan (/ d r iː ˈ æ n / dree-ANN; born June 13, 1949) is an American documentary producer and director specializing in the communication of science.

The two formed an instant bond, and soon collaborated on a science TV show for kids — a project that never reached fruition, unfortunately.
