The coins WERE subtracted, leaving me with 130,622,520. I won, and 500,000 were added, giving me a new total of 131,122,520. I logged out, logged back in, and my total was now 130,922,520.

I still only have 63...do I need to activate them from somewhere, or did I just get robbed of 1500 tickets? : (.
