I am a doctoral candidate in Public Law at the Faculty of Law of Lund University. My project examines a prediction tool based on Artificial Intelligence, namely automated decision-making (ADM) systems. I aim to examine these tools that are used in health care against the right to good administration, as embedded in the Swedish legal order.
