Phil Manzanera, pseudonimo di Philip Targett-Adams (Londra, 31 gennaio 1951), è un chitarrista rock britannico che è stato uno dei membri storici dei Roxy Music. Ha fondato i gruppi Quiet Sun e 801 , oltre ad aver collaborato come solista e produttore con vari musicisti tra cui Steve Winwood , David Gilmour , John Cale , Godley & Creme , Nico , John Wetton , Brian Eno , Tim Finn e Robert Wyatt .
