Star of the Sea College is a Catholic Independent Girls’ school, founded by the Presentation Sisters in 1883. Since 2014, Star of the Sea College has been a member of Kildare Ministries. At Star of the Sea College, we hold the care, safety and wellbeing of our students as a central and fundamental responsibility of our College.
Star of the Sea College’s mission, vision and values have informed the academic and co-curricular programs since 1883, true to the principles of our founders Mothers John Byrne and Paul Fay. As the 16th Principal of Star of the Sea College, I acknowledge the Presentation Sisters and lay Principals who have come before me, and I am mindful of my responsibility in carrying forward their legacy.
