Shore, 76, died of cancer Thursday at her home in Beverly Hills, with her former husband and her children at her side.
I've never had high regard for Dinah Shore's voice and bought this CD for just a couple of songs. 'Chantez, Chantez' carries me back to my childhood, hearing it on the radio. 'Dear Hearts', the same thing. The audio quality is good on here, the CD is not expensive, and if one is a Dinah Shore fan one could do worse in a selection on one CD.
