School Hours: 8:35AM - 3PM. Cambridge Rindge & Latin School is a comprehensive high school divided into four learning communities (LC’s), the High School Extension Program (HSEP), and the Rindge School of Technical Arts (RSTA). Designed to promote high levels of learning and achievement for all students. Each LC has approximately 485 students.

Cambridge Rindge & Latin School is a comprehensive high school divided into four Learning Communities designed to promote high levels of learning and achievement for all students. Honors courses are offered in all core classes (English, History, Mathematics, and Science); Advanced Placement (AP) courses are available to qualified students in grades 11 and 12.
Marie McCabe (1939) began teaching at C.H.L.S. in 1946 and became the first woman to serve as Assistant Headmaster at the Cambridge High & Latin School (1966-1977) and the Cambridge Rindge & Latin School. Alfred Lassman (1924) suffered a tragic injury that left him paralyzed on his left side.
