25 de fev. de 2020 · Another mikrotik forum user @Siemer related this issue to DHCP package being dupplicated and forum user @ruffy91 seems to fix it with disabling DHCP & PPPOE snooping "Add information option" 1 around SWOS 2.4/2.5 version.
SwOS supports SNMP v1 and v2c (the Response for GetRequest, GetNextRequest and GetBulkRequest) and uses IF-MIB, SNMPv2-MIB, BRIDGE-MIB and MIKROTIK-MIB (only for health, PoE-out and SFP diagnostics). SNMP traps and writing SwOS configuration are not supported.

29 de abr. de 2021 · The IP routing mechanism is: answering to the IP address by using the source MAC of the request received. SwOS can answer an IP connection, but cannot initiate an IP connection. It looks like as if SwOS is checking for an update, but it actually is your browser doing that. So don't move away from that browser page while download&upgrade.
It comes with the lightweight SwOS which is easy to configure from your web browser. It gives you all the basic functionality for a managed switch, and more: you can manage port-to-port forwarding, broadcast storm control, apply MAC filters, configure VLANs, mirror traffic, apply bandwidth limitation and even adjust some MAC and IP header fields.
