25 de mai. de 1993 · I finished The Awkward Age, but would find it hard to tell you what it was about. It was written with simple sentences, but I didn't grasp all the nuances he was getting across by their repartee. I really didn't know what the characters were talking about. Joyce's Ulysses is supposed to be hard to read, but I know what that is about.
