Punisher is definitely an adequate martial artist, and even had some shorts dedicated to his martial arts routines displayed back in his 90s comics, but he’s definitely more of a planning and weapons guy. Many a times he has pulled out a weapon because he was being overwhelmed by a superior martial artist.
