The estate is equipped with two golf courses and seven smaller listed buildings, apart from the main house. The house is a Grade I listed building. Wunderbar. 5.0 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2018. A great golf facility with two championship courses. Great facilities. The Melbourne course is a parkland course which has 4 holes over the River Lea with superb views and even a ferry to take you over the river on 18 but the better course is the Palmeston course which meanders through woodlandand is a great challenge.
