Launched in April 2020, the REACT programme began as one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive coronavirus monitoring studies. The programme is led by a world-class team of researchers at Imperial College London in partnership with Ipsos MORI and commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care.

28 de out. de 2021 · Fully vaccinated people can contract and pass on COVID-19 in the home, but at lower rates than unvaccinated people. These are the findings of a study of COVID-19 transmission between household contacts, led by Imperial College London and the UK Health Security Agency (HSA) and published today in The Lancet Infectious Diseases.

A new study, published in Nature Communications and led by Imperial College London researchers, provides the first evidence of a protective role for these T cells.
20 de jul. de 2023 · Patient-led start-up Visible has launched two app-based health studies in collaboration with researchers at Imperial College London. Since it launched in November 2022, over 30,000 people with Long COVID or myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) have been using the Visible app to find patterns in their illness, and adjust their lifestyles to avoid symptom flare-ups.
