Still, he's also starred in projects like Bridge to Terabithia, RV, The Polar Express, and Zathura: A Space Adventure. FNAF isn't his only 2023 movie, either, as he starred in 57 Seconds alongside Morgan Freeman.

The Five Nights at Freddy's: Survival Logbook, written by Michael Afton, heavily implies that Mike Schmidt and he are the same person. As well as this, Mike draws Nightmare Fredbear under "recent dreams", heavily implying he is the player character of FNaF 4's main gameplay. It is theorized that Schmidt is the maiden name of Mrs. Afton.
Unpopular opinion: Vanessa was the most unnecessary character in the movie. I'll go ahead and say that because of the fast rate the FNaF games were being released several years ago I could never keep up with the lore past FNaF 3, so I don't know what Vanessa's lore/role is via the game. But the movie doesn't seem canon, so I'll criticize her here.
