28 de set. de 2023 · Hi, I am Jaspreet Singh. In the device manager instead of choosing update driver click on Uninstall device. Confirm the choice if you get to delete the driver too. Once done unplug the phone and restart your computer. Then plug the phone again and check if the MTP mode is available now.
7 de set. de 2021 · Select MTP USB Device and then click on Have Disk . Click on Browse and locate wpdmtp.inf (C:\Windows\INF). After locating click on Open and then click on OK in Install from disk tab. Again select MTP USB Device and click Next. Wait for installation and then you can use your phone as MTP.
23 de nov. de 2019 · I have Windows 10 Pro N and trying to connect a Samsung Galaxy S9+. the system recognizes the phone when plugged into the computer and installs the drivers and states that the USB is ready to use but when I go to explorer it is not found. checking in devices and printers it is listed but indicated that the MTP does not have a driver.

Se houver um ponto de exclamação amarelo ao lado do dispositivo, clique com o botão direito e selecione Atualizar driver. If switching the port and cable does not help but other phones work then most likely the USB port on the phone is broken (e.g. lose connection on some soldering points). Perform a factory reset and retry as last resort, if that doe snot help contact the vendor for a replacement/repair.
