However, what most people don’t know is that the lake’s beauty is jaw-dropping in winter as well, as it transforms into a fairy tale wonderland of ice and snow.
17 de abr. de 2024 · The 2024 Lake Louise Ice Magic International Ice Carving Competition will be held from January 26th to 28th in 2024. The first two days (January 26 and 27) will be when the actual carving takes place. January 28th will be the awards ceremony where the winners are announced.

Trails in the Lake Louise area Lake Louise Lakeshore. 4 km return No elevation gain. Starting in front of the Chateau Lake Louise, this trail features classic views and at lake’s end, a 100 m tall frozen waterfall. Warning: The trail beyond the end of the lake leads to dangerous avalanche terrain.
