The new School year commenced on 12 September, and our full-time students and staff have now completed two weeks of the autumn term. A new term always brings exciting feelings of a fresh start, celebrating the beginning of a new School year and the opportunities that lie ahead.

This decision follows the announcement by Christopher Powney that he intends to step down as Artistic Director in July after ten years in the position.
We want aspiring young dancers, whose dream is to come to The Royal Ballet School, to have the opportunity to present their talent and potential closer to home. These preliminary auditions are run separately to our main auditions process. All successful candidates will attend a final audition in London.
