15 de jan. de 2021 · Now known as Jane Dudley, Jane was charged with high treason and just under two months after The Duke's execution on November 13th, it was the time for Jane to be tried. Her trial took place at the Guildhall in London alongside her husband Guildford, two of his brothers and Archbishop Thomas Cranmer.
Jane Dudley gave birth to 13 children, eight boys and five girls. In most cases it is impossible to establish their birthdates exactly. An exception is Robert, the future favourite of Elizabeth I; he was born in 1532 as the fifth son, and possibly after the eldest daughter Mary, who became the mother of the courtier-poet Philip Sidney.

She was born in Kent in 1508 or 1509, being forty-six at the time of her death in 1555.
