  7. For the first half-hour, Q has viewers in a state of limbo wondering whether the same or worse is yet to come. While the featured winged serpent (Quetzalcoatl) is supposed to be a tacky, ill-contrived parody of low-budget and primitive monster horror movies of the 50s and 60s, Q's first two attack sequences are incredibly dopey, as are the ones that follow, but never comical enough for a laugh.
