  4. 1 de out. de 1993 · Anne Frank was in her class in 1940-1941. On 5 November 1925 in Amsterdam, she married Sjoerd Kuperus, who died on 4 July 1988. [1] From 1926 on she worked at the First Montessori School in Amsterdam. [2] Out of three teachers from this school, the municipality chose her in 1934 to be the principal of the newly formed Sixth Montessori School.

  5. It still is in use as a primary school. After the war, the Sixth Montessori School was given the name of Anne Frank. One classroom at the Anne Frank School still looks the same as it did in Anne's time, and photos in the school commemorate her. In 1983 an artist painted texts from Anne’s diaries on the facade of the school.

  6. It is assumed that this was an assignment made in the first year of secondary school. A similar piece of work was made by a former classmate of Anne Frank at the 6th Montessori school, Klaartje Musikant in the first year of HBS. Classmates at the 6th Montessori school say Anne was writing stories back then. None of these survived, however.
