The Advancement and Alumni Departments at Scranton Preparatory School play a crucial role in engaging the school with its community and connecting with its former students. The departments are integral to the development of the school, fostering and maintaining relationships with the community and alumni, and facilitating network opportunities.
When calculating the weighted GPA, all AP course grades will be weighted by a factor of 1.04. Scranton Prep will apply the weighted system to all AP courses taken since the 2021-2022 academic year. Starting with the Class of 2024, the weighted formula is applied retroactively to all AP courses taken during their Scranton Prep career.
