No longer the fresh-faced kid in a sport that is constantly evolving and favors youth, Shaun White is back on his snowboard to find out if he still has enough left in the tank to reach his fifth Olympic Winter Games.
Shaun White has become the best known snowboarder in the world, winning multiple titles, including halfpipe Olympic gold medals at Torino 2006, Vancouver 2010 and PyeongChang 2018. To do this he overcame a congenital heart disorder, tetralogy of Fallot (blue-baby syndrome), which required him to undergo two open-heart surgeries before he was a year old.
