锈带（英語： Rust Belt ，又譯鐵鏽地帶）是對美国的自1980年代起工業衰退的一片地區的非正式稱呼。它主要由五大湖区城市群組成，不過界定不盡相同。「鏽」（ Rust ）指的是去工業化，或者由於曾經強大的工業部門萎縮而導致经济衰退、人口減少和城市衰退。
