8 de nov. de 2021 · I forgot to mention another point. Look closely at the cables from your fans that plug into fan headers on the mobo. It they have FOUR wires in each cable and end in a connector with FOUR holes, then you have PWM-style 4-pin fans. For those you SHOULD set the fan headers to use PWM Mode, and not Voltage Control Mode (aka DC Mode).

You can check for airflow by feeling for air coming out of the case fan and using a piece of paper or a hand to test for air movement. If you do not feel any airflow or hear any noise from the fan, it is likely not spinning.
