Uncanny X-Men (1981) #220, 'Unfinished Business'. Published December 1969. Storm decides to swallow her pride and ask Forge if he can restore her powers. She has to convince Wolverine to lead the team in her absence, but what she finds once in Dallas is nothing like what she expected.
Vindictively, Emma attacks Storm with a mental assault, but Storm zaps her and is ready to kill her but Wolverine steps in to prevent it. While the X-Men are victorious, they have to allow the Hellfire Club to leave, and they part on uneasy terms, although Emma does concede 'the brat' to the X-Men. Kitty being the brat.
