Lady Frances Louisa Spencer-Churchill was born on 15 September 1870.1 She was the daughter of George Charles Spencer-Churchill, 8th Duke of Marlborough and Lady Albertha Frances Anne Hamilton.1 She married Sir Robert Gresley, 11th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Gresley, 10th Bt. and Laura Anne Williams, on 6 June 1893.1 She died on 13 November 1954 at age 84.1
She was the daughter of John Winston Spencer-Churchill, 7th Duke of Marlborough (1822-1883) and Lady Frances Anne Emily Vane (1822-1899). She married William Henry Fellowes, 2nd Baron de Ramsey of Ramsey Abbey, son of Edward Fellowes, 1st Baron de Ramsey of Ramsey Abbey and Hon. Mary Julia Milles, on 12 July 1877.2 She died on 3 December 1920.1.
