The following hours will be “kids camp” hours. For little ones, the afternoon session is optional, since they may well be napping. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9.15 – 12pm, and 2.30-3.45pm. If your child has any special educational needs, please let us know.

Northern Lights Bluegrass and Old Time Music Camp offers a variety of instructional packages for participants, as well as meal packages. Campus passes are available for spouses or parents/guardians of camp registrants, or those who would like to attend the workshops, evening activities and jams, without attending a class.

Other than a brief hiatus from 1977-1982, the band has been the home for adventurous string musicians in the Boston area, often including students at the many various institutions of higher learning.

Festival Tweener Submission. Tweeners entertain our audience in between main stage set changes. We also offer the opportunity to perform on our Friday Greeter Stage and/or our Jam Tent, The Pickin’ Shack. In keeping to Bluegrass traditions, our ‘Tweeners use a single omni condenser microphone which captures voice and instrument equally well.
