Jose Feliciano is a Puerto Rican singer, composer & virtuoso guitarist who had his biggest hit in 1968 with a cover of the Doors 'Light My Fire' (which hit #3 in Australia). He was first signed to RCA Victor in 1963 after honing his skills in the Greenwich Village cafe scene with contemporaries including Bob Dylan and Joan Baez.

16 de nov. de 2006 · "The Very Best Of Jose Feliciano" is an excellent showcasing of this excellent musician who has presented some unique, wonderful music. The best song, in my opinion, is his cover of The Doors classic, "Light My Fire." It's a wonderful, original version and Feliciano sings it with spirit, bringing out the romantic essence of the song.
