  1. 6-8. Chaminade College Preparatory School is an independent Catholic Day and Boarding School for young men in Grades 6-12. The school bears the name of Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, a priest who lived during the era of the French Revolution and who founded the religious order known as the Society of Mary (Marianists).

  2. Chaminade opened as a boarding school back in 1910 and that boarding tradition continues today with students from all over the United States and the world. The resident program offers a unique way for the faculty and staff to further implement the mission of Chaminade College Preparatory School globally and, conversely, allows for a rich cultural diversity within our own classrooms.

The Drama Department curriculum includes semester courses in Theatre Arts for 6th-8th grade and the following courses for high school students: Theatre Arts I & II, Advanced Drama I & II (offered for college credit), and Public Speaking (offered for college credit). Every semester is a new experience, evolving to current trends.
