I joined Stonyhurst College for my Poetry year in 2014, after being awarded an academic scholarship and a bursary. I was thoroughly encouraged to throw myself into life at Stonyhurst and was rewarded for my participation: I enjoyed everything from cross country to choir, orchestra and debating; and cultivated lifelong friendships whilst full-boarding.
