Há 4 dias · I was disappointed by the Sunday brunch on the Queen Mary. Firstly, we had reservations for 2pm. When we arrived at 1:30 were were told we couldn't go to the restaurant yet, which was OK because it gave us a chance to walk around, but when we arrived at the restaurant at 2pm, there was a HUGE line to check in.

Service was poor, food was ok and a little cold, drinks took a lot of time to get, salads weren’t brought before the meal, sides were forgotten, the chef forgot to order prime rib for the beef dip sandwiches, bathrooms needed attention -Lots of work to do to improve.
