Hi, so I wanted to travel to my aunt who lives in San Diego in July. I’m 19 but my brother who wants to tag along is 16. He’s travelled alone but needed a consent letter and notarized by a lawyer. This was incredibly tedious. Can I be my brothers legal guardian when travelling? Or do we need to do the parental consent letter with notary etc.
