Frances Teresa Stewart, Duchess of Richmond and Lennox (auch Frances Stuart) (* 8. Juli 1647 in Paris; † 15. Oktober 1702 in Lethington) war eine schottische Adlige und Mätresse von König Karl II. von England. Wegen ihrer Schönheit wurde sie La Belle Stuart genannt.
Frances Teresa Stuart was a Maid of Honour and later Lady of the Bedchamber to Catherine of Braganza, and was considered one of the greatest beauties at the Restoration court. Charles II was passionately devoted to her, pursuing her relentlessly without success - he was infuriated by her clandestine marriage in 1667 to Charles Stuart, 3rd Duke of Richmond.

He married, thirdly, Frances Teresa Stuart, granddaughter of Walter Stuart, 1st Lord Blantyre, in March 1667. This last marriage was famous, as Frances Stewart had been desired by Richmond’s cousin, King Charles II, as a mistress. La Belle Stuart. While Mrs Stuart appreciated all the attention, she would not surrender herself to the King.
