13 de jul. de 2022 · Tragically, Buddy Holly’s life was cut short on February 3, 1959, when the plane he was traveling on crashed in Iowa, killing him and fellow musicians Ritchie Valens and J.P. “Big Bopper” Richardson. Holly’s funeral was held four days later, and he was buried in his hometown of Lubbock, Texas.
