I love the hard/no-chambers run! I've played Bioshock 1 four times on 3 different systems going for 100% in one go and my favorite, most satisfying moment is hearing every trophy pop during the final cutscene. So good! That being said I'm no expert, just a huge fan: the stuff I say works for me but might not work for others.
